Just in time for the holiday season, a brand new Nintendo Switch 2 bundle is available for fans in Japan. Starting today, a Switch 2 Japanese-Language System (Japan Only) is up for pre-order on the Nintendo Store that comes with a download code redeemable for one of three games. The games to choose from include Mario Kart World, Nintendo Switch Sports Resort and Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream. The retail price for the set is ¥63,980, while the console by itself normally retails for ¥59,980. Pre-orders are open now with the console bundle set to release on Thursday, November 12.
In addition to the set, a special campaign which offers up to ¥1,000 cash back will run from Wednesday, October 7 until Tuesday, October 20. This is limited to purchases made via a deferred payment service Paidy and works with the previously mentioned console bundle, Switch or Switch 2 software and microSD Express cards.
This latest console bundle is one of three that will be available in Japan this holiday season. The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition Switch 2 is set to release on Thursday, October 29 and a Monster Hunter Wilds bundle (with the game) is coming on December 4 (you can read more about that here).
