Layton wasn’t the only trick up Level-5’s sleeve during the Nintendo Direct. The company also revealed that Yo-Kai Watch 2: Haunted Domain is currently in development for the Nintendo Switch 2 (in addition to PlayStation 5 and Steam). The release date in still in the air at the moment, but the game is essentially an enhanced version of the Nintendo 3DS game from 2014 (2016 in North America and Australia, 2017 in Europe).
