In an unprecedented move, the final day of Tokyo Game Show 2026 has been cancelled. Originally planned as part of a five day event to help celebrate the 30th anniversary of the event, incoming Typhoon 25, or Typhoon Dujaun, is scheduled to hit the Kanto area on Monday, September 21. How hard it hits is a bit difficult to predict, however the potential impact on public transportation and the safety of the attendees and the venue itself led to the difficult decision.
