Square Enix is once again giving Nintendo (and Xbox) fans a free look at their upcoming game ahead of its release. A demo for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is available now on the Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox Series X|S. The demo will allow players to check out the game until the beginning of Chapter 2, “A New Journey.” It’s noted that, “If you choose not to proceed to the Mythril Mine, you may return to previous areas and continue exploring.” Demo progress can be carried over into the full version of the game. Not only this, but save data from the demo will grant players a Kupo Charm and Survival Set in the full game.
