While the World Baseball Classic is nearly upon us and the season openers for Nippon Professional Baseball rapidly approaches, Konami has finally let fans know when they can expect their next Power Pro title. Powerful Pro Yakyū 2026-2027 will hit digital and physical store shelves on Thursday, June 11. Pre-orders open today for the physical version. The standard version will retail for ¥8,470 (including tax) and the “Powerful Edition” will go for ¥10,670. The Switch version will also feature amiibo support while the PS4 version has support for PlayStation VR. Details have been relatively sparse since the game’s unveiling last month, however this entry will focus on the 30th anniversary of the story based Success Mode while also providing a wealth of other modes.
Power Pros 2026-2027 will release on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. As of right now, the game is Japanese only. For more on the series, be sure to check out our review of Power Pros 2024-2025 here or in the video below.
