A handful of DK titles are getting a special challenge mode on the Nintendo Switch 2. DK Challenge launches today (June 10, 10:00 a.m. JST) and is available until Tuesday, September 1 (4:59 p.m. JST). This puts players in special challenges across the Donkey Kong titles spanning the Famicom/NES, Game Boy and Super Famicom/SNES and is exclusive to Nintendo Switch Online members on the Nintendo Switch 2. Challenges for Donkey Kong Bananza is also available for those that own the game. Completing the task at hand earns players digital cards. Special parts can be earned and used on player icon badges.
This isn’t a separate download, but rather can be accessed from the Nintendo Switch Online button from the Switch 2 main menu. For more on the game, be sure to check out the Japanese and English language trailers below.
