The next entry in the Resident Evil series is coming Nintendo’s new platform. Resident Evil Requiem, the ninth entry into the storied franchise, is coming to the Nintendo Switch 2 day and date with other consoles, releasing on February 27, 2026. Not only this, but Resident Evil 7 biohazard Gold Edition and Resident Evil Village Gold Edition will also come out on the same day on the platform. RE7 and Village are currently available on the original Nintendo Switch via cloud versions. For more on Requiem, be sure to check out the Japanese and English language trailers below.
