The sequel to the indie hit Hades finally has a release date on Nintendo platforms. Hades II will launch on Friday, September 26 (25th in some regions) worldwide on both the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. The game will retail for ¥3,980 / $29.99 USD digitally, and while pricing on the physical version, which comes out November 20, has yet to be revealed. Fans that opt to pick up the Switch 2 version of the game will be able to play the game at 1080p and up to 120fps in TV mode and 1080p 60fps in handheld. The Switch 1 version will run at 720p 60fps in both modes. Players who purchase the Switch 1 version will be able to upgrade to the Nintendo Switch 2 version via a free upgrade. Cross-saves between Switch, Switch 2, Steam and Epic Game Store versions is also supported. You can check out the trailers for the game in Japanese and English below.
