Masahiro Sakurai blew the lid off of the upcoming Kirby sequel in today’s Direct. Kirby Air Riders will launch worldwide on Thursday, November 20 exclusively on the Nintendo Switch 2 and retail for ¥7,980 ($69.99) for digital and ¥8,980 for the physical version. The digital version will come in as a 25 GB download. Co-developed by Sora and Bandai Namco, this is the first time fans will be able to return to the Rider world since the original released on the GameCube over two decades ago. The sequel ads the use of another button, new Riders, machines, copy abilities for all characters, a new city trial area called Skyah and more.
