It’s been awhile, but the next Tetris 99 Maximus Cup is coming later this week. Starting on Friday, April 5 at 4:00 p.m. (JST) and running until Tuesday, April 9 (3:59 p.m.), the cup will feature a Princess Peach: Showtime theme. Accumulating 100 points during the course of the event will net you this special theme. You can see the trailer and a screenshot of it below.
This is the first Maximus Cup of 2024 and the 39th overall. The last event took place in December and featured both Super Mario Bros. Wonder and WarioWare: Get It Together!! You can read more about that here.
