Those of you wanting some more Tetris 99 themes are in luck. From Friday, April 21 (4:00 p.m.) until Tuesday, April 25 (3:59 p.m.), a special Kirby’s Return to Dream Land theme will be available. 100 points need to be earned during the play period to add the theme to your digital collection. As with the previous Maximus Cup last month, the point system remains altered in an attempt to give gamers an easier chance to get the theme. You can see the new point system below:
- 1st Place: 100 Points
- 2nd Place: 70 Points
- 3rd Place: 50 Points
- 4-10th Place: 40 Points
- 11-30th Place: 30 Points
- 31-50th Place: 20 Points
- 51-90th Place: 10 Point
- 91-99th Place: 1 Point
This is the second Tetris 99 Maximus Cup of 2023 and the 33rd overall. The last Cup took place in mid-March and feature Fire Emblem: Engage.
