Three New Titles Added to Genesis/Mega Drive App on Switch

The Sega Genesis/Mega Drive app on the Nintendo Switch has received three new titles today, March 17. The following have been added: 

• Alien Soldier 
• Super Fantasy Zone
• Light Crusader

Aside from Light Crusader, Alien Soldier and Super Fantasy Zone never saw North America releases until the Wii Virtual Console in 2007. Light Crusader and Alien Soldier add to the list of Treasure developed titles that can be played on Nintendo Switch Online and the Expansion Pack. You will need to have an active NSO and Expansion Pack subscription to be able to play these games.  

The three titles today are the first to be added to the service since mid-December 2021. You can see the Japanese trailer for the games below.
