An update for eBaseball Pro Yakyū Spirits 2021: Grand Slam adding 2022 rosters is scheduled arrive on March 23. The update will include up to date rosters for all of the Japan Pro Baseball teams and are accurate as of January 1, 2022. Other updates include the addition of a poker-like “Card Challenge” coming to the Koshien Spirits mode as well as a “Scouting challenge” in Grand Prix Mode.
As we reported on late last month, March 23 also marks the day that Ichiro will also become available in Pro Spirits 2021 as a playable character. Konami showcased two "versions" of Ichiro in their press materials highlighting Ichiro at 21 and the other at 27. You can see those below.
The Nippon Professional Baseball season kicks off on Friday, March 25.
