The Famicast 193 - TEN YEARS OF BURIRIANCE

It may be hard to believe, but with this episode, The Famicast celebrates its tenth anniversary! That's right, the guys started ten years ago over on Nintendo World Report. Hype get! The fun doesn't end there, either. From this episode until episode 200, the crew is bringing you "The Year of the Famicast," a celebration of all of our time on the internet with a look back at the show, special guests and messages from fans and celebrities.

For this episode, the guys kick things off with some New Business touching, on Halloween Forever, some more Civ VI talk, Balan WonderWorld and more. After a bit of Now Playing, the crew tackle the JAPANews - mainly consisting of Pokémon with a dash of Smash and Monster Hunter. While going through the news, the guys are joined by a very special, familiar face/voice - none other than one of the founding Fami-fathers and all around good guy, Matt Walker! After some brief New Biz from Matt, Ty takes us on another journey into the world of anime, trash and UFO catchers. Mom. Don't come in.

The guys close out the show in style with Part One (of eight) of The Year of The Famicast - Before the Podcast, hosted by JC. Here, the guys talk about NWR life before the inception of the podcast, events they hit up and more. Long time fans and new fans alike will definitely want to check this segment out!
