Some classic Pokémon goodness is coming next week. Pokémon FireRed Version and Pokémon LeafGreen Version are both coming to the Nintendo Switch on Friday, February 27 worldwide following the conclusion of the upcoming Pokémon Presents. These Game Boy Advance re-releases based on the original titles are up for pre-order now and retail for ¥2,000 / $19.99 (USD). Just to be clear - these will not be part of the Game Boy Advance library of titles on the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack. They will be standalone purchases.
While multiple releases will be handled across various regions, each of these will contain their own specific regional language. Fans in Japan will only have access to the Japanese versions, North American fans will be able to choose from American English, Spanish and French, while other countries and regions will have similar choices.
