The follow up to Suika Game finally has a release date. Suika Game Planet will release on the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on Thursday, December 18. For Japan, Switch versions the game will sell for ¥240 on the eShop, while the Switch 2 version will sell for ¥300.
Suika Game Planet features the same mechanic of dropping and transforming fruit in an effort to get high scores. In lieu of a normal container, players are tasked with putting the fruit into a circular shaped container with the ability to throw fruit in from any angle. Multiplayer, GameShare and more are included in the package. Pricing outside of Japan has yet to be revealed. You can see the reveal trailer for the game below.
