Ganondorf, Zelda Statues Originally Set to Showcase at Nintendo Live 2024 Tokyo

In a recent video on Nintendo’s Japanese YouTube channel, the company revealed that they were originally planning on showcasing three Tears of the Kingdom themed statues at the event. While the Link and Ganondorf statues were previously announced, the Zelda statue would is new. You can see a video of all three statues below.

Nintendo Live 2024 Tokyo was originally set to take place in January before the in person event was canceled due to threats to Nintendo employees and related event tournament participants. While the event has not come back as in person event, several online elements, including online concerts via YouTube and merch via the online My Nintendo Store, have kept the event alive, so to speak.
