The 2023 Winter edition of Nintendo’s digital magazine is currently available for download for free. As with previous editions, select feature articles are also available English. The Japanese version of the magazine contains 92 pages while the English version has 58. The following are featured:

Additionally, be sure to check the last page of the magazine - there is a link to several downloadable wallpapers and a digital calendar for My Nintendo account holders.
Nintendo has released a handful of digital Nintendo Magazine that include English. Not only this, but the content has also increased with each release. Last year, the 2022 Winter Nintendo Magazine featured 28 pages of content and the 2023 Summer edition had 54.
