Tears of the Kingdom Tops 18 mil, Switch Hardware Closing in on 130 mil

Nintendo has shared their latest financial data today, August 3, 2023 for the first quarter of fiscal year 2024 (April 1, 2023 - June 30, 2023). Numbers overall are up from the same period last year. The increase in net sales is due to more sales of the Nintendo Switch OLED model (which retails for a higher price) and the continued depreciation of the yen. Sales and profits from both The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom as well as The Super Mario Bros. Movie helped account for profitability. Below, you can find the top Nintendo published titles for the FY24 Q1 period. Two Nintendo titles hit over one million units, while no third party titles were able to achieve that number during that time.
