A Nintendo Switch OLED featuring a special Pokémon Scarlet and Violet design is scheduled to release on November 4 worldwide. For gamers in Japan, the system is currently available via a lottery system on My Nintendo Japan as well as via the Nintendo TOKYO store. The FREE lottery runs from today (September 7) until October 17 at 11:00 a.m. Winners will be notified on Friday, October 21 in the afternoon and have the ability to purchase the system (¥38,980) between October 21 and October 31. The system will begin arriving to customers on November 4.
This is the second special edition Switch OLED model to hit the market. The Splatoon 3 model released on August 26. For more on the Pokémon Scarlet / Violet model, be sure to check out the images above and/or the video (Japanese) below. Just to note, this system does not come with a copy/copies of the game(s).
