Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion, a remake of the PSP classic, has been confirmed for a Switch release this winter. A prequel to Final Fantasy VII, Crisis Core puts players into the role of Zach Fair and features HD fully 3D graphics, voice acting and a new soundtrack. The original Crisis Core released on the PSP in Japan on September 13, 2007 followed by a Western release in 2008. Square Enix will have more to share about Reunion over the coming months. On top of a Switch release, the game is also hitting PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and Steam.
