Majora’s Mask Confirmed for NSO Release in Japan

The release hype train for the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack continues with The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask. The game is set to release on the service at some point in February. This will bring the total number of games to 11 in Japan. In comparison, 12 titles have been released in English speaking territories. Dr. Mario 64 is the only game to not appear on the Japanese service at this time.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask, subtitled Mujura no Kamen in Japanese, was originally released in April 2000 in Japan. It has since seen re-releases on the Wii Virtual Console, Wii U Virtual Console (shown in video form below) and the Nintendo 3DS. The current list of known N64 titles that are set to release on the Expansion Pack in Japan are F-Zero X, Custom Robo, Custom Robo V2, Pokémon Snap, Kirby 64 and Mario Golf 64.
